WHAT IS AN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is best described as an MOT of your electrical installation we offer Domestic and Commercial EICR’S.
We will run a series of electrical tests and visual inspections to each circuit and your earthing system. You will then be presented with a detailed NICEIC Approved Contractor EICR in PDF format.
For any Commercial EICR enquiries we would need to arrange a site visit before hand.
WHEN SHOULD I HAVE AN EICR?
Firstly ask a qualified electrician to carry out an EICR. In the UK this should take place every 10 Years for a Domestic property and every 5 Years for a rented property.
Commercial premises should also have an EICR every 5 Years.
